Sonic Neural Breathwork is a transformational breathwork experience designed to help you process and move stuck emotions, energy, and trauma in the body and unconscious mind.

This is a potent breathwork practice that is designed to help bring incomplete emotional cycles to closure, help to empty and still the mind, provide clarity and insights, heal the body, provide a bird's eye view and a more open perspective of your life, and can open doors to altered states of consciousness (transcendental or psychedelic experiences) for some.

Because of the potency of this experience, preparation and integration are essential and you will be guided every step of the way.

As your coach, mentor, and guide,

  • Donation-Based Group Breathwork Ceremony

    Breathwork can be even more powerful in a group setting. Whether you’re new to breathwork or a seasoned practitioner, come experience the powerful medicine of breathing in community. You will be educated on the breathwork practice before we begin and will have time to integrate as a group after. These breathwork ceremonies are donation-based with a suggested minimum donation of $44, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds.

  • 1:1 Private Breathwork Ceremony (Virtual or In-Person)

    Whether virtual or in-person, book a Private 1:1 Breathwork Ceremony to go deep and surrender to your breath from the comfort of your own home. These sessions are 2-3 hours long. You will be educated on the breathwork practice, breathe in ceremony, and have time for processing and integrating your experience after. A 30-minute preparation call before our session and 1-hour integration call one week after our breathwork session are also included. Sacred space set-up and light snacks are provided for in-person sessions.

  • Private Weekend Breathwork Retreats

    A fully curated 3D/2N private weekend retreat for you and up to 4 additional people. All retreats include lodging, meals, Sonic Neural Breathwork Ceremony, retreat preparation call, and post-retreat integration call. This is not a cookie-cutter retreat experience. Your personalized retreat activities can include a mix of deep-dives into Human Design, Astrology, & The Gene Keys, Integrated Polarity (masculine & feminine energetics) studies, yoga, reiki, & therapeutic touch, dance/movement, sound baths, entheogenic guidance and support, and other curated coaching sessions and workshops. I will work closely with you to plan and co-create a potent, transformational and unforgettable experience for you.
