On this 6-month journey, you will learn practical and easy-to-use tools at the cutting edge of neuroscience and changework to re-route your habit pathways, dismantle outdated thought patterns, re-program your brain, and decondition on the cognitive, subconscious, and unconscious levels, creating the space for your deeper, authentic essence to unfold.

You will be guided through powerful breathwork sessions to release energetic blockages and unresolved trauma stored in the body and decondition on the somatic, energetic, and emotional levels.

You will learn how to approach Human Design as your personal de-conditioning oracle, and how it can provide you with insight on your life’s path, challenges, the lessons you’re here to learn, and the unique medicine you’re here to share with the world.

You will identify unconscious patterns, habits, and cycles that keep you stuck and learn how to reprogram them to serve your growth.

You will learn practical, easy tools for regulating the nervous system, inducing states of neuroplasticity, and deconditioning on the cognitive, subconscious, unconscious, emotional, and energetic levels.

You will learn to tap into your body to gather insight and wisdom from within, becoming your own authority in life and moving through the world with a deep, unwavering trust in yourself.

You will learn to approach your daily life as a mindfulness practice, broadening your awareness and awakening your inner observer.

And you will walk away with a complete shift of your inner paradigm, an empowered perspective of your place in the universe, and a fucking invaluable set of tools to take with you into your own practice and the rest of your life.
